Window Opening Control Device (WOCD)

WOCD is a device that is intended to restrict how far you can open a window. When activated, a window will open no more than four inches, but can be disengaged to allow a window to be fully opened for escape and rescue. The WOCD reengages when the window is closed, at which point the window will only open no more than four inches again.
